Rapidly extract APIs with patented JetX™ Technology.

Dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, or semi-solids are subjected to a powerful continuous jet of media inside a cell. When using aqueous media, controlled heat up to 60°C can be used to aid in fast disintegration and erosion. The media is pumped in circulation from a media reservoir to the cell until extraction has been completed.

Ensure Homogeneity of the Stock Solution.

Media is pumped from an integrated media reservoir through the extraction cell at flow rates up to 1'000 mL/min. The liquid jet rapidly, yet gently extracts API from the dosage form. An integrated magnetic stirrer inside the media reservoir continuously mixes the extracted stock solution to ensure homogeneity.
