SmartFill™ Ergonomics.
The universal SmartFill™ dispensing head of the MP Xtend™ media preparation station fits securely on any vessel type and brand. Its ergonomic design enables users to quickly and accurately fill multiple vessels at a central location in your lab. Alternatively it is possible to dispense directly into the vessels of any dissolution bath without having to remove the glassware.
Repeatable.
Ensure repeatable test conditions for your dissolution tests by consistently heating & degassing dissolution medium to USP and FDA-recommended levels. Dispensed volumes are automatically recorded gravimetrically and reported individually. Once dispensing has been completed, simply initiate the automated cleaning routine to power-wash the media tank.

As every step is automatically protocolled, the MP Xtend™ ensures full traceabillity of your media preparation and vessel filling processes. To reduce human variability, all essential steps such as mixing concentrates, heating & degassing, gravimetric volume control and self-cleaning are automated.
